The issue is simple just change the rules. I get a mail from support and its clear there is no issues, just a rule for kp points.

U need to change the no activation points, when im at 110/150...

If in the month u dont do a lvl u get decrease points. Ex if ur l7 u need 60k activation points, l7 is 150 k points, is u have 45k points and say no activation he remove u 60k points and u get l6 kp....

I get 33 regen and need 400 gold for finish 20.20 ultimate. So for 8% mod better buy 2 x 49 gold same mod
