I have the same problem. I am level 75 and getting only levels 12 to 18 in my rival list. Have sent a in game report to complain about this as it really limits the amount of cash you can get... wish...

I am now on level 74 and my rival list has only levels 12 to 18! How is that fair??? This cant possibly be right!

I am level 54 and being matched up with level 12 to 16! What a joke! I can rade for a few hundred at a time thats it!
