Unless if I'm ill informed, you have to hack/cheat to currently be building an AC. They were available for a limited time last December.

They added new units fairly recently to MW and CC, I'm sure KA is next.

We would need a client update to implement the Limited Time Quests for this to happen. Would definitely be nice, but the devs seem to be more so focused on WD stuff.

I've gotten the 10th item in OT before, but it was in Crime City. Very first OT open too, so idk if luck was on my side, or if other circumstances were in place haha.

Gained 2 levels I think, 89 - 91, and made it to the Hellhound quest. So got a few units to replace Dragons for free. No dice on the bow though. Random # generator wasn't in my favor there :p

Given an open, and given you already have 9 arrows, it's around a 2% chance.

Other players have worked out the %'s for MW and CC collect 10 events, so this is all assuming KA has the same #'s.

From my experience and observations, it seems the high-value rare has a 2% chance of dropping, and the other 2 "normal" rares have a 4% chance each. I haven't really paid attention to varying drop...
