Level 250, 100 stamina and 2000 energy used..still waiting for 1st boss to trigger

Everything else on my phone connects to the internet just fine except from Crime City. I've even getting pop-up notifications of my Nightclubs being robbed, yet I still can't connect to game.

Does the fix reset my collection times or do I have to resync all of my 24/48 hour buildings again at a potential loss of millions?

Anyone else having issues with their collection times becoming out of sync? Only half of my 24/48hr buildings popped up when they were supposed to. The rest popped up 2 hours later.

Just curious...why wouldn't you guys use a wall?

That's what I thought too until I was hit 18 times earlier today by the same guy for a loss of $480,000. I'm level 228 if that matters.
