What does it achieve? The rewards are rubbish!

Can not see the purpose of this? If you could fight each faction, as it implies, might be a bit of fun, but other than that waste of time.

Devin was right to point out hat the LTQ recently was a waste of time...he is invaluable in his task to post out the run through. Why would Gree ban him for that? Because it costs them money!

Gree's greed will be their undoing! I suspect their income stream is falling after each war and events due to their lack of courtesy to respond to messages and the fact they clearly do not care about...
