From 38-58 I've gotten about 5 ee drops. 1-37 I got none. They do seem to be dropping more frequently at higher levels now instead.

When you lose enough times in a row it will match you up against much lower ranked people for a little bit. Win enough times without losing and you will start to be matched up against much stronger...
