Once it has been donated to your faction vault it can't be removed. So if you already have lots you could hold onto any more you gain if you wish to sell it at some point.

I'm not a MOD but yes the in-game transfer option is working again on iOS.

Alternatively you can sync your old phone with iTunes first, then authorise and sync your new phone copying your old game...
