I went through the same thing. I got the basic reply asking if I still had an issue. When I replied to that saying I did I got another reply a week later asking if I still had an issue...

I would like to see an increase in customer service. The wait to hear back from them is ridiculous and is probably what runs off most of your customers

At low levels you do not face high levels in arena...

The customer service from Gree has made me contemplate the same thing..... I had an issue on KoM (Kabam) and they redponded within 2 hours. Still haven't heard anything from gree except sorry it took...

I've been playing ring around the rosey with all the mono element legendary armors lately... I try to use the bets outcome for an epic and end up getting a legendary mono

A diminishing return on targets would be a huge game changer, but I doubt Gree would go for it because it would take away energy sales.

I wish I knew how easily gear would be to get by destroying people in the low level arena...

It may be beneficial to contact the guy that made that site and share ideas to speed up the process!
