The same thing happened to my team and my friend's team. Our first win during the first hour was not counted and my friend's team's 2nd battle win was not counted.

I also sent a support ticket...

same here, we're top 1000 with half our slots full and fighting top 250 with 60 members. This has not only happened once but 3 times in a row.

you don't have to "win" the prize. pay to play is an option.
