When saving I upgrade my lower buildings, such as military market is lv4 & 1. Doing them while I save for my 2nd LE building. I upgrade only LE buildings once i have cash, both my jinga are lv3 and 1...

2% of all units defense per upgrade... so if you're 50k, lv10 is 10k defense... worth getting :P

If you can atk only 13 times then you do. Using a gold refill will allow 5 extra atks (if you wait the 1 minute) which slices the atk requirement by 38% less atk needed.
