To my knowledge World 11 does not have a no capping rule.

Personally I capture if I can, although I prefer to simply wipe out everything in their outpost and move on.

When I used to play, I had quite a bit of difficulty attacking anything later on in the game, let alone these SAS people you speak of.

I played in one of these events on Modern War. It stunk, but I liked it.

My best fused commander is my Grimshaw. Seriously, none of my other fused commanders are good.

The unit value required to complete a mission seems to double each mission, which ends up to be a lot at the end.
