Maybe it's 2.6M, since my raw attack is just north of 2.5M (level 117) and there's still a teensy amount of health left on the boss after a cash hit.

There are many people reporting this exact problem. I was thinking bug in the code somewhere, causing matches not to clear after the battle in some circumstances. So the same pairing can happen...

We did actually, for exactly that reason. Maybe their match was slow, because we got them again the third time anyway, like within 30 seconds of declaring. After that we basically idled till the SAS...

A&F, got splash screens showing that the two end items for the wins/streaks goals have modifiers. Do any of the other goal items have bonuses too?

This makes the event mathematically impossible to complete, AFAICT. You need to complete 50 wins for the first part, then win these streaks, which add up to 56. So 106 wins in 73 hours...
