They changed the text. I have seen the RK version - it showed up when you completed level 20. My level 20 said something totally different.

I agree as well, there certainly seems to be a great disadvantage to progressing through the game.

I had to do 2 deletes and reinstalls, and closed/opened the game 4 times between each and it eventually loaded.

My game shows this as active, but nothing is showing in my quests. Has this loaded for anyone yet?
