I agree not all should be able to complete but a realitively active syndicate should be able to complete easy and normal.

Another waste of time IMO with deploys taking so long. Why can't you award deploys for wins instead of units?

Unless you're the minority amongst the top syndicates your raw stats don't really increase. Top syndicates are the ones that are paying grees salary so they're the ones gree will bend over backwards...

My DL has stats 10x our average member and we haven't noticed too many issues with rivals. We're only a top 600 synd and we do face top 500 a lot but we seem to do ok on average.
