The follow up reply from Gree was emailed to me the next day. Stating my account was credited with the seabed hunter and an apology for the delayed response. Gree has me back on the happy list!

I was looking through my inventory today and Gree made good. I have the seabed hunter. All is well in CC now.

I have several times. I have opened a ticket. I'm guessing other folks had the issue as I was part of the last few to get 34. So I am part of the tie and near the bottom of the list beyond 250.

I'm done with these events. Over $100 in gold and stuck at 9 for days. Never did get the last one and I opened over 70 with about 15 timer resets in the last hour.

A list of known bugs should be published as many software companies do.
