Rubbish. I no longer get hit by skidz with 0 iph. Almost all have over a mil. I no longer see many with less than a mil when I view rivals list. No 0s

I said closer to iph. Not equal to. There are not that many players with 16m

This is just silly. Under this format you get robbed by players a little closer to your iph. Assuming you have a good iph the 0,s at your level cannot see you anymore. Quit *****ing.

Simple answer foe everyone is improve your iph. Many of us have tips. Few people listen. And so they spend lots of time and energy on worthless buildings and whine on these threads.

Because it matched you with the second most terrible hood. Amazed there is a hood with only 111k d. Count yourself lucky. Oh and join a real syndicate. You will never get anywhere by yourself.
