Got just as far, with the Same lvl up thing & prepped targets. 17 energy regen +iranian flag

1 energy pack on masters 4 and prestige 5(ish) stamina on prestige 10.
So Same as always, most likely there is an energy pack at 9/10 normal as well

Quick attack is +\- 67% of your attack
Force attack is 100% of your attack
Gold attack is 400% of your attack

Get a strong target as well, i get higher bp from some stronger lower ranked targets.
Someone with 50b attack raiding a 70b target Will get better bp then someone 10b attack raiding a 15b defense

Same iOS l, Same version also iPhone 4(S) , no trouble besides slow loading, send in a ticket with details. Maybe they can get it fixed someday.
