Update: I can now raid/attack but it takes a really long time. Average time once I tap the building is 27 seconds. I can live with that (for now ;) )as long as I can raid.

FYI, after reading this, I restarted my device, opened KA and tried to raid and I still lost. My attack is over 1.3 billion higher than his defense.
