We are aware that some players are experiencing crashes when attempting to access the new quest. Engineers are looking into it now. We'll update the thread once we have more info.

I can tell you that we are working hard at making improvements in the game. This includes new features and squashing bugs.

You won't loose your account if you delete and re-install. This specific issue doesn't require a delete and re-install. If you close and reopen your account should be fixed.
