As a GM myself I have to concur with this. Maybe restrict it to just war purposes? Or simply lowering the bonuses...20% is way too much.

1. Each time you summon the boss it costs you gems
2. You need to level the normal armor to level 35 to unlock plus version, then you will be able to craft +
3. The summoned boss is always Level 1

Fusion only gives the nonplus version. You have to unlock the map where you can farm mats for that particular armor..
