You have to go through a bunch of individual (5 or so levels) and then elite synchs up as well! Currently for me 11/20 individual, matches 9/15 syn!

LTQ lvl 7 synchs with sltq lvl 2, then 3 & 8 and so on! In other words you have to do 5 levels of individual to drain energy before they synch up!

They do that more so, to allow new players to catch up faster! Otherwise they are discouraged from playing!
