Dk isn't always the same group of people, so not everyone there has the runic+. There's lots of shuffling around within dk empire friendlies so the top spenders can go for a + when they want it.

I'm excited, just missed out on runic, so that helps fuel the fire. Tec for top 25 is just fine IMO. Yes it's worse than the first two options for that ribbon, but still better than the alternative...

Never thought about adding a star element bonus. My solution was to take 20% of each element bonus. So, in effect you get an average of the purchased bonuses. Makes it like a mono with only max 10%...
