Its doable, though not a pushover like before. I have two account L85 & L250. Both are around 45 bosses. It does take some work

By software upgrade I meant iOS, net CC. Both CC are at most recent rev.

Pretty sure its not IP based. My ipad can connect, iphone can't. Same home network, same time. Turned off wifi on phone, no change. Key difference might be that the ipad is one software rev down...
