I tend to agree. I recently brought myself up to 120 million to get the Zambezi building, just through building income and raiding, and was only raided 2 times for a total of about 3 million over...

You can see it when you go into rivals to fight or raid. You can't see it when you visit allies. Not sure why.

This is obviously not a bug but a way to get more players to buy gold to upgrade the building to 10 at the last minute with gold. Shame on you Gree! I was almost there.

Bottom line is it is a stupid building unless there are some redeeming qualities, and these have not been stated anywhere other than rumors.
