Agreed, it's the most outlying level/defense stats i've seen by a very very large margin. The only 8-9bn defenses i've seen were level 250+. Level 189 is a huge difference.

Great point on that: the beta testers (from who I know) all tend to be long term players at the very high end of the playing spectrum. It would benefit gree to expand the population a bit, for sure....

Lots of these events are tests of the faction's ability to coordinate and work. Still 3 days in the event. Plenty of time to farm folders, find folders, and complete the event.

They are in addition to regular prizes with attack/defense boosts. This makes them a nice nuance/addition and fun to have the extra regen power if only for a bit.

I enjoy Frontline. I'd like to see individual regen rates tie into the game.... To many of your points on it tying into the rest of the game/cycle a bit more, i think this is a nice easy way.

catering to glitchers is definitely one subject. But to those complaining the event is too difficult, just don't do it. Do Normal and Prestige. wtf is the great mystery here?
