Why would you declare with 1:20 left in the highly sought after 31-35 area? I know for a fact others declared after us and still got matched. Obviously you didn't have any problems, so why troll?

Or those of us who 'won' cruisers and had saved them up but now have no use for them since being locked out of last hour

Hmm were you raiding boost buildings? Haven't lost any growlers on successful attacks unless it was one where it was about even. However raiding any non-money building usually results in lost units...
