Thanks for the info. Honestly I care less about the cap at 200 and more about HLPs being a liability in the game. Let's reward long term players not consider them dead weight. Just my 2 cents.

Someday we will all reach the Level 200 cap. Or our level 200s will be put into retirement dusted off and brought out for donation drives and raid boss kills. While we are forced to groom our LLPs...
