My understanding is that it is related to the number of people in the guild not the level. I may be wrong.

I remember when I could get stronger just playing the game. Now I have to spend money on chests or war.

I tried to get gems after downloading update and recieved a "product purchase error" and the game will not let me in. Is this because of the update? How do I solve problem?
