My upgrade time is 12,48 hours (-52 % time modifiers from various events). Shadow Stalker for the win! :)

For the record, there is just now first 1 Mil ATT stat unit in Modern War with +3 % Alliance attack boost on it. Prize on completing Prestige raid boss.

You are unfortunatelly wrong there, sir / miss. The bonus is that you can upgrade one extra building same time. It does not provide extra lv 11 cap possibility.

That is actually quite good observation, Mr. Plutt! Hope you are right, and first person to achive three items required can confirm this if the boost/bonus shows up in your profile´s "view...
