Has anyone gotten their issues resolved yet? I got one response asking for gold purchase info that I had already provided earlier and haven't heard back since.

I've been at over two days now with my ticket showing assigned but no response yet. I guess that's better than my requests getting auto closed as "resolved" right away though

I got my second one and don't see them stacking, no stat bump and my boost % stayed the same.

Weird my iPad and iPhone would both crash with a reward pop up or trying to buy units. I was able to restore my iPhone back to 7 but didn't have an older back up of the iPad.

I still can't get on with my iPad, hasn't worked since WD ended. I know my issue is iOS 8, but common Gree it launches to everyone soon and I've had a ton of game issues with it.

Is your app updated? I know ios had an update the other day to correct defense rewards, prior to the update it showed attack and defense as the same value

I actually just placed a ticket for a similar issue, my iPhone and iPad crash any time I make a kill on the LTQ and every fifth epic boss. I think it's something with the reward pop up.

iTunes sync didn't transfer my info, but the in game worked fine when I switched to a new 5s

Do you open the ticket on the old android or new iPhone? I'm getting mine setup in a few days and want to make it as smooth as possible.
