As of right now it is still popping up as it has been for the past couple of weeks if not longer. Like the others said it usually doesn't stay long enough to get a screen shot.

The game was running really slow last night on my phone for some reason. I could exit the game and the phone was fast like normal so I think that's why my screen shot was instant to capture the popup...

Yeah I'm on Android too, just added that to the first post. It is very annoying!!

I get this pop up any time I attack someone for a split second before the You Won/Lost pop up appears. If I'm not on wifi and the phone is running slow it hangs around long enough to snag a screen...

Same here. Downloaded the update from the Play store and got back into the game to find I had been raided for $5M. Just tried to do Mission Reaffirm 10/20 and it took FOREVER for the Military Base...

For the new build are those of us that can't get the game to load going to have to uninstall and reinstall the game once the new build is ready or will the game just magically load once the new build...

Same problem here. It was the "New data downloaded would you like to restart MW with new data" that killed the game. Sprint Galaxy Nexus Android 4.2.2 running CM-10.1.3-RC2
