I haven't experienced a single issue with iOS 9, or any apps running on iOS 9, other than with Modern War.

I didn't upgrade my iPad it has had nothing but performance issues since last night. This is Gree's fault, not iOS 9. iOS9 is just a convenient scapegoat for their issues.

I think I speak for most factions when I say that our faction bonuses have been maxed out for a long time. We have gotten more boost buildings for individuals, but faction bonuses haven't seen any...

I just happened to get the wrapper right when this happened. Probably just coincidence, because it does seem to be about a 10% loss in attack for me as well.

We just started our second battle. I am able to attack now. Guessing this was a daylight savings time oversight since it started working for any battles that started 1 hour late.
