I have completed each map up to Natural Gas Facility 5 times. and up to Bom Bahia City one. I have yet to get any rewards.

Actually Carcel de Cuba, Absoult and Amstel have higher IPH than Curragh. You have to think of collecting those twice in the same period you collect once for Curragh.
