Agree with the above. I generally like to carry about 10k each of Titans and Hellfires into CWE. Hawks are also very important.

My alliance in w30 has three training bases (2-38's and 1-34) that we keep as NPC's for leveling comms.. We have several players ported all around each of them, and it makes training a real breeze...
