How are players moving stats in blink of an eye? Mere seconds?? Not talking bout old builds and people using glitches

Im curious how players are moving millionS in stats at a moments notice? I know of older builds and some using the glitches in droid builds but in a blink of an eye?? What am i missing?

Any ideas besides cheating? Or " glitches"?

Players changing their stats in a flash in mere seconds isnt exactly kosher and yes ive got all the pics from
Daggs nuttz aka poopy pants doing just that
