Consider yourself happy :) Everybody has been moaning about upgrading 2 building simultaniously and you got a full base upgrade for free. Gotta love these glitches. :D

I do think it is possible to kick these people during war time. However, the faction leader is the only one able to kick people. So if you are not the faction leader, it might be a hard time kicking...
