After you posted your 10th post, refresh the system and when you go to edit signature in your profile options,...

No, you will not lose your data if you uninstall and reinstall the game....just don;t do it too often or else you might have corrupted data of that sort though :p

You get the MVP medal for being the biggest contributor towards the completion of the Guild quest

U get the Blue shield for simply just participating in it
