I suspect that gree is too cheap to actually pay for separate support staff. I wouldnt be surprised if they lumped this task upon the developers who are probably already busy doing other things.

Admittedly I didn't really think much about the potential shortfalls. I used to play WOW and loved the guild bank. It would be nice if I could help out my fellow guildies where possible.

I did a mix of 11 chests at once and single chests. Opened about 4 11 chest combos and got one epic (moontide reg), 2 boilerplates and a couple sky guardian plus. The rest was junk

If gree were to make an official statement saying they don't work then it would go a long way to restoring my faith in the game.
