I agreed. You will never get pass Level 40 using Nemesis.

For war, I dont think it really make a big difference with misses and critical hit. But in Arena, you can actually win a stronger opponent if you time your Critical Hit properly.

I agree. There is no need to gem if you plan your attack well. I already got 16 crystals from these areas without any gemming. So, it is very possible to do.
