How about receiving the units for map missions. I went through my inventory and sent a ticket almost 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting.

I am a pretty decent gold user and I have been waiting over a week for a response to missing reward units from map missions. So I don't think its gold use that involves how fast you get helped.

I have the exact same problem on my ipad and on my iphone. It has gotten worse since the last update. I wish we could go back a version when needed.
