What has happened to the donation log?

I thought factions were supposed to be matched up with factions of similar strengths in the World Domination events. My faction is always pitted against a much stronger faction. Not a fair match-up...

Same thing with me. I sent a message to support. My stats are dropping fast as well as my valor points. This is not fair and certainly makes the game less enjoyable. Please fix this and restore...
