When other people in your faction look at your profile, they see your correct defense. Unfortunately, when someone attacks you the lower broken defense is used.

The cannons wont work on your stats with android devices because they add to your alliance defense percentage which hasn't been working on android since it came out. Maybe they will fix it before...
