You need to download latest update, then go to rewards. You should find an individual button that brings up the Individual rewards.

1) Many of my team have loose change in gold, e.g An amount lower than you can buy anything with. Could we consider a faction gold vault and some gold faction bonuses at varying level?...

I agree that the ten event prizes are better ( Proud owner of a shrike) that's been the only time I ever completed one of these. The 25 event is less stressful as I know I won't make the 'monty' so...
