As an update we are still stuck. We had iOS and droid users summon and nothing. I personally summoned and I am on the new version and it didn't help.

If you didn't take advantage of the boss being stuck at Lvl 10 and didn't get your 200 or at least the majority of your kills in then thats on you. Chances are you were not going to finish the event...
