That's actually false. It's a global cooldown and once you are attacked by someone else to the limit, no one else can attack you until that limit is over. Raiding can still happen but not attacking.

I'm 6.5M raw attack level 134 and boss 100 took me 38 cash hits which is about 250M health.

I like that I had 18/20 on fltq 4 then somehow when I go to finish my hits I'm back at 0/20. Is this a joke gree?

Tier 5 (100-150) is 13M health I believe, took me 4 Cash hits until I hit 4.3 Raw and I'm just over 4.4 Raw and it's taking 3 now.
