Anyone noticed health regen reduction after getting the charmed prince?

I also got he charmed prince, before i ran out of health the first time.
My health regen time is 23 min and some seconds, so I wonder if the charmed prince gives -5% health regen time!

I just hope the unit is not broken! In my profile the total health regen is +5% and it should be +40%!!!

I had the "deadly jet pilot" for about a year, witch should decrease casualties by 20%, but i never experienced any reduction, I was just happy and thought it was even worse for others.
I lose units...
