Harvey took some pretty thorough notes while leveling a four star legendary armor to the max. Here's what he found. Be sure to thank Harvey Guo, as it's his research, not mine:

Boss Level 14-15 represents the most substantial jump in boss power of the entire progression. I always use 3 knights for L15, but bump it back down for 16.

FYI: Maxing Nemesis takes 750 Enhancement Points this week.

Spent the 10 Gold keys I got from killing the Epic Boss the 60th time, and got:
