I agree. If you have high stats for PVE, you do not need any gems to finish the quest.

it also help when you have high Hero weapon killing boss monsters.

Certain that this event is for higher level players. Unfortunate that lower than level 51 players cannot participate. Gree should have made it for them to participate even they will might not able...

Maybe we can ask for "Boosted stats giveaway", to compensate for what GRee did with the boosted stats and Boss Health, but not weapons/armour. They did it with the "DST giveaway", why not this time.
