Thanks, that's the one I was recalling seeing. The problem is that the timer in-game indicates 3pm PDT end time and I have a strong feeling that it's wrong.

Can a mod please confirm if the in-game timer is off like usual? It shows that Frontline will end at 3pm PST and I recall seeing a post a while back that all events will end at 2pm PST.

To your first scenario, yes the energy would be wasted if someone else finished one while the other was just partial. Our faction makes a list for each level and has each hit/kill accounted for. Then...
