I'm at level 103 and only get attacked from people a few levels higher than me... i rushed through the 90s. I wanted those Hard Rock Cafes. Now i'm trying to camp... i am working on a defense goal...

Spend those respect points, add mafia and get your attack up... i'm 30 levels lower than you but have 10k more attack and defense.
